LSOD/Studio Login Issues

At 5:16pm PT, we were made aware of some users that are experiencing 403 errors when trying to access the Leadspace On Demand and Leadspace Studio applications. Our Engineering Team has been notified and we are actively looking into the root cause of the issue.

Scheduled Maintenance Downtime: Customer Data Platform

Please note that on Sunday, June 5th 2022, Leadspace will be conducting a scheduled downtime to perform routine maintenance on the Customer Data Platform.

The downtime will run for three (3) hours from Sunday, June 5th at 11 PM PT to Monday, June 6th at 2 AM PT and affect all integrations within the Leadspace Customer Data Platform (API, Marketing Automation, CRM, Leadspace On-Demand, Smartforms).

Following the maintenance window, all functionality will be restored to normal behavior.
