Security Vendor Maintenance: Possible Brief Disruption

One of the Leadspace Security vendors is undergoing routine maintenance on Thursday, August 18th 2022 at 9am PT for a total of 8 (eight) hours. The maintenance will be completed on August 18th 2022 at 5pm PT.

We do not expect any interruption of services during this time. However, at the end of the maintenance window, we expect a 3-5 min. disruption in communication while traffic is briefly rerouted.

Scheduled Maintenance Downtime: Customer Data Platform

Please note that on Saturday, August 6th 2022, Leadspace will be conducting a scheduled downtime to perform routine maintenance on the Customer Data Platform.

The downtime will run for four (4) hours from Saturday, August 6th at 11 PM PT to Sunday, August 7th at 3 AM PT and affect all integrations within the Leadspace Customer Data Platform (API, Marketing Automation, CRM, Leadspace On-Demand, Smartforms).

Following the maintenance window, all functionality will be restored to normal behavior.

LSOD/Studio Login Issues

At 5:16pm PT, we were made aware of some users that are experiencing 403 errors when trying to access the Leadspace On Demand and Leadspace Studio applications. Our Engineering Team has been notified and we are actively looking into the root cause of the issue.

Following the maintenance window, all functionality will be restored to normal behavior.
